• Fax a copy of your Financial Statement to our office for faster service.
• Mail or express mail an original copy of the financial statement to our office. The address is above.

THREE

• Complete the Housing Application if you would like the ELI to find housing for you.
• If you do not need our assistance, please check the box on the housing application that states you do not want ELI to find you housing.

FOUR

Pay your application fee.

• You can pay your application fee with a credit card
• VISA
• DINER’S CLUB,
• American Express
• MASTERCARD.
• You can pay with a U.S. check.
• You can mail us an international money order for $125.00.
