Would you like to become an authorized agent for ELI?

As an authorized agent you will receive:

• An official Agent Certificate from UC Extension, Santa Cruz and ELI
• Our comprehensive agent manual
• Our quarterly agent newsletter- with important information about study/travel in the U.S. and our current sales promotions and discounts

In order for us to learn more about your company and the best methods for us to work together, we ask you to fill out the Agent Profile form. (See instructions below.)

Please use the following instructions to download, complete and return an Agent Profile Word Document.

• Right click on the link below.
• Select "Save Target As..."
• Choose a folder on your hard drive or save to your desktop.
• Open in Word and complete.

• Attach in an email and send to mailto:elimarketing@ucsc-extension.edu.
